感谢使用Infinity新标签页及相关服务。Infinity新标签页及相关服务由STARLAB.QLY TECHNOLOGY CO,LIMITED（下称“本公司”）提供，涵盖网页、浏览器扩展程序等产品（下称“本产品”），包括但不限于Infinity新标签页、Infinity新标签页（Pro）、Infinity AI等功能服务。本使用条款是你与本公司之间就注册、登录、使用本产品及相关服务所订立的协议（下称“本协议”）。

为了更好地为你提供服务，请你在开始使用本产品及相关服务之前，认真阅读并充分理解本协议，特别是涉及免除或者限制责任的条款、权利许可的条款、法律适用和争议解决条款等。

如你不同意本协议，这将导致我们无法为你提供完整的产品和服务，你也可以选择停止使用。如你自主选择同意或使用本产品及相关服务，则视为你已充分理解本协议，并同意作为本协议的一方当事人接受本协议以及其他与本产品及相关服务相关的协议和规则（包括但不限于《隐私政策》）的约束。

Infinity New Tab Terms of Use

Introduction

Thank you for using Infinity New Tab and related services. Infinity New Tab and its related services are provided by STARLAB.QLY TECHNOLOGY CO, LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and cover products such as web pages, browser extensions, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Products"), including but not limited to Infinity New Tab, Infinity New Tab (Pro), Infinity AI, and other functional services. These Terms of Use constitute an agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") between you and the Company regarding the registration, login, and use of the Products and related services.

To provide you with better services, please carefully read and fully understand this Agreement before starting to use the Products and related services, especially clauses regarding the exemption or limitation of liability, rights licenses, applicable laws, and dispute resolution.

If you do not agree with this Agreement, we will not be able to provide you with the full range of products and services, and you may choose to stop using them. If you voluntarily choose to agree or use the Products and related services, it is deemed that you have fully understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by this Agreement as a party, as well as by other agreements and rules related to the Products and services (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy).

If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions regarding the content of this Agreement, you may contact us through the feedback and complaint channels provided in the Products.

一、本产品及相关服务

1. 本产品及相关服务的主要适用人群是成年人，如你未满18周岁，请在法定监护人陪同下仔细阅读并充分理解本协议，并征得法定监护人的同意后使用本产品及相关服务。
2. 使用本产品提供的Infinity AI等服务时，请你确保你所输入的内容未侵害他人权益，未涉及不良信息及情色内容，同时未输入与政治相关的内容，且所有输入内容均合法合规。若本公司发现你故意输入前述所含内容，引导AI生成不良内容并进行传播造谣，对本公司造成影响，本公司有权对你的账号进行永久封禁并追究相关法律责任。
3. Infinity AI等服务依托第三方生成式人工智能模型，输出内容仅供参考，你不应将输出的内容作为专业建议、商业用途或用于其他目的，你也不应将输出内容作为可信消息源头进行传播。若涉及对你或者相关方可能会产生重大影响的情形（例如与医疗、财务、投资、保险等有关的场景或目的），建议你咨询相关专业人士。本产品提供的输出不应成为你进一步作为或不作为的依据。你根据输出的内容所作出的任何判断或者据此作出的后续相关操作行为，所带来的后果和责任均由你自行承担，包括因对输出的内容的真实性、准确性、可靠性、不侵权或满足特定目的的依赖而产生的风险。你应科学理性认识和依法使用生成式人工智能技术。
4. 你确认并知悉本产品提供的Infinity AI等服务生成的所有内容均由人工智能模型生成，生成内容具有不完全理性，本产品对其生成内容的准确性、完整性和功能性不做任何保证，亦不承担任何法律责任，本公司对因使用本产品输出内容导致的直接或间接损害不承担责任。同时，对于用户根据输出内容做出的决策或行为所导致的结果，明确规定用户自行承担全部责任。本产品会尽可能为你提供准确且优质稳定的技术服务，但由人工智能模型生成的内容均不代表本产品与本公司的态度、观点或立场。你在使用本产品咨询医疗、法律等相关问题时，本产品提供的信息及服务应仅供参考，不构成医疗建议法律建议和治疗方式，我们不承担由使用本产品而产生的任何责任。
5. 为更好的提升用户体验及服务、或为安全保障，本公司将不定期提供本产品及相关服务的部分或全部更新或改变（包括但不限于产品/服务修改、升级、替换、功能强化、开发新服务等），我们会在可行的情况下以适当的方式提示你。
6. 你可以随时停止使用本产品及相关服务，本公司也可能随时停止向你提供服务，或随时对本产品及相关服务增加或设置新的限制。
7. 除非得到本公司事先明示书面授权，你不得以任何形式对本产品及相关服务进行包括但不限于改编、破解、复制、传播、垂直搜索、镜像或交易等未经授权的访问或使用。
8. 你理解，使用本产品及相关服务需自行准备与产品及相关服务有关的终端设备（如电脑、手机等），一旦你在终端设备中访问本产品及相关服务，即视为你使用本产品及相关服务。为充分实现本产品及相关服务的全部功能，你可能需要将终端设备联网，你理解由你承担所需要的费用（如流量费、上网费等）。
9. 本公司许可你一项个人的、可撤销的、不可转让的、非独占地和非商业的合法使用本产品及相关服务的权利。本协议未明示授权的其他一切权利仍由本公司保留，你在行使该些权利前须另行获得本公司的书面许可，同时本公司如未行使前述任何权利，并不构成对该权利的放弃。
10. 本产品提供的Infinity AI等服务来自于法律法规允许的范围，包括但不限于公开互联网等信息积累，并已经过不断的自动及人工敏感数据过滤，但仍不排除其中部分信息具有瑕疵、不合理或引发不快的问题存在。本公司非常重视人工智能模型生成内容的质量，将努力采取合理的安全措施过滤不当内容。如果你发现本产品及相关服务输出的内容或返回的处理结果不合理、有瑕疵或其他问题，欢迎并感谢你随时通过本协议底部提供的联系方式进行反馈。

1. The Products and Related Services

1. The primary target audience for the Products and related services are adults. If you are under 18 years old, please read and fully understand this Agreement under the supervision of a legal guardian, and use the Products and related services only after obtaining the consent of your legal guardian.
2. When using services such as Infinity AI provided by the Products, please ensure that the content you input does not infringe on others' rights, contain inappropriate information or obscene content, and is not related to political content. All input must be legal and compliant. If the Company discovers that you intentionally input the aforementioned content, guiding the AI to generate harmful content or spread rumors, causing an impact on the Company, the Company reserves the right to permanently ban your account and pursue relevant legal responsibilities.
3. The Infinity AI and other services rely on third-party generative AI models. The output content is for reference only, and you should not treat the output as professional advice, use it for commercial purposes, or treat it as a reliable source of information for dissemination. If the content may have significant implications for you or related parties (e.g., in scenarios involving medical, financial, investment, or insurance matters), it is recommended that you consult relevant professionals. The output of the Products should not be used as the basis for your further actions or decisions. You are responsible for any consequences and liabilities arising from judgments or actions made based on the output, including risks associated with relying on the accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, or suitability for a particular purpose of the output. You should approach generative AI technology with scientific reasoning and comply with laws when using it.
4. You acknowledge and understand that all content generated by services such as Infinity AI provided by the Products is created by AI models. The generated content is not entirely rational, and the Products make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or functionality of the generated content. The Company assumes no legal liability for any direct or indirect damages caused by using the output of the Products. Users are fully responsible for decisions or actions taken based on the output content. The Products aim to provide accurate, high-quality, and stable technical services, but the content generated by AI models does not represent the attitudes, views, or positions of the Products or the Company. When consulting medical, legal, or other related matters through the Products, the information and services provided are for reference only and do not constitute medical or legal advice or treatment methods. The Company assumes no liability for any consequences arising from the use of the Products.
5. To improve user experience and safety, the Company will periodically provide updates or changes to parts or all of the Products and related services (including but not limited to modifications, upgrades, replacements, functionality enhancements, and the development of new services). We will notify you in an appropriate manner when feasible.
6. You may stop using the Products and related services at any time, and the Company may also stop providing services to you at any time or add new restrictions to the Products and related services.
7. Unless you have received prior express written authorization from the Company, you may not modify, crack, copy, distribute, conduct vertical searches, mirror, trade, or otherwise access or use the Products and related services in any unauthorized manner.
8. You understand that to use the Products and related services, you need to prepare terminal devices (such as computers, phones, etc.) relevant to the Products and services on your own. Once you access the Products and related services on these terminal devices, it is considered that you are using the Products and related services. To fully utilize the functionality of the Products and related services, you may need to connect your terminal devices to the internet. You understand that any associated costs (e.g., data or internet fees) are your responsibility.
9. The Company grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-commercial right to legally use the Products and related services. All other rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by the Company. You must obtain written permission from the Company before exercising those rights. The Company's failure to exercise any of these rights does not constitute a waiver of such rights.
10. The services such as Infinity AI provided by the Products are based on legally permitted sources, including but not limited to publicly available internet information, and are subject to ongoing automatic and manual sensitive data filtering. However, some of the information may still be flawed, unreasonable, or unpleasant. The Company places great importance on the quality of AI-generated content and will make reasonable efforts to filter inappropriate content. If you discover that the content output by the Products or the processing results returned are unreasonable, flawed, or problematic in any other way, you are welcome and encouraged to provide feedback through the contact methods provided at the bottom of this Agreement.

二、关于“账号”

1. 本产品及相关服务为你提供了注册通道，你有权选择合法的字符组合作为自己的账号，并自行设置符合安全要求的密码。你设置的账号、密码、收到的验证码，是你用以登录并以注册你的用户身份使用本产品及相关服务的凭证。你应当同意本协议的全部条款并按照页面提示完成全部注册程序（未成年人应与法定监护人共同完成）。
2. 你应保证注册账号时需填写有效的手机号码，并使用手机验证短信来完成账户注册。若因你填写的手机号码不完整或不准确，则可能无法使用本产品或在使用过程中受到限制。
3. 你理解并承诺，你所设置的账号不得违反国家法律法规及公司的相关规则，你的账号名称、头像和简介等注册信息及其他个人信息中不得出现违法和不良信息，未经他人许可不得用他人名义（包括但不限于冒用他人姓名、名称、字号、头像或其他足以让人引起混淆的方式）开设账号，不得恶意注册账号（包括但不限于频繁注册、批量注册账号等行为）。本公司有权对你提交的信息进行审核。你在账号注册及使用过程中需遵守相关法律法规，不得实施任何侵害国家利益、损害其他公民合法权益，有害社会道德风尚的行为。
4. 你应当正确、适当地使用、管理本产品账号。你的账号仅限于你本人使用，未经本公司书面同意，禁止以任何形式赠与、借用、出租、转让、售卖或以其他方式许可他人使用该账号。如果本公司发现或者有合理理由认为账号使用者并非你本人，本公司有权在未通知你的情况下，暂停或终止向该注册账号提供服务，并有权注销该账号，而无需向你承担法律责任。
5. 你有责任维护个人账号、密码、验证码的安全性与保密性，并对你以注册账号名义所从事的活动承担全部法律责任，包括但不限于你在本产品及相关服务上进行的任何数据修改、言论发表、款项支付等操作行为可能引起的一切法律责任。你应高度重视对账号、密码、验证码的保密，在任何情况下不向他人透露。若发现他人未经许可使用你的账号或发生其他任何安全漏洞问题时，你应当立即通知本公司。
6. 你的账号在丢失或遗忘密码后，可遵照本公司的申诉途径及时申诉请求找回账号或密码。你理解并认可，本公司的密码找回机制仅需要识别申诉单上所填资料与系统记录资料具有一致性，若你提供的信息不真实或不完整，导致无法核实你的身份或判断您的需求而未进行及时处理所造成的一切损失由你自行承担。同时，你理解我们的回复和采取措施需要合理期限。我们不对非本公司原因造成的任何损失承担责任。
7. 你随时可注销此前注册的账号，注销账号后，本产品将停止为你提供依赖账号登录的产品和服务，除法律法规另有规定外，本公司将删除或匿名话处理你的个人信息。你在注销前通过本产品提供的生成式人工智能模型生成的内容，可能会根据本公司的数据保留政策进行处理，若这些生成内容中包含可识别的个人信息，本公司会按照个人信息处理的规定进行删除或匿名化；若这些生成的内容不涉及个人信息，且本公司认为其具有商业价值或研究价值，可能会选择保留这些数据，但会确保不会侵犯你的其他权益。
一旦你注销本产品账号，如届时该账号下还存在未使用余额，本公司有权对该账号下的余额全部做清除处理，因此产生的后果由你自行承担。
特别地，在你注销账号前，你应确保账号不存在未完结交易或其他未了结的权利义务，且不存在其他因注销可能引发纠纷或者导致已发生的纠纷难以解决的情况，包括但不限于你的账号被冻结、限制，你的注销是出于躲避调查取证的目的等。请注意，若本公司发现你在使用本服务过程中存在违法行为，本公司将依法保存该等记录。请你理解，你仍需要对你在注销账号前且使用本产品及相关服务期间的行为承担相应责任。

2. About "Account"

1. The Products and related services provide you with a registration channel, allowing you to choose a legal combination of characters as your account and to set a password that meets security requirements. The account, password, and verification code you set will serve as your credentials to log in and use the Products and related services as a registered user. You must agree to all terms of this Agreement and follow the prompts on the page to complete the registration process (minors should complete it together with a legal guardian).
2. When registering an account, you must provide a valid mobile phone number and use the SMS verification code to complete the registration. If the phone number you provide is incomplete or inaccurate, you may be unable to use the Products or encounter restrictions during usage.
3. You understand and commit that the account you set must comply with national laws and regulations as well as the Company's relevant rules. The account name, avatar, profile information, and other personal information in your registration must not contain illegal or inappropriate content. You may not open an account in another person’s name without permission (including but not limited to impersonating someone else's name, trademark, avatar, or other details that could cause confusion), nor may you maliciously register accounts (including but not limited to frequent or bulk registrations). The Company reserves the right to review the information you submit. You must comply with relevant laws and regulations during the account registration and use process and refrain from any actions that harm national interests, infringe on the legitimate rights of other citizens, or violate social morals.
4. You must correctly and appropriately use and manage your account. Your account is for personal use only. Without the written consent of the Company, you may not transfer, rent, lend, sell, or otherwise permit others to use your account. If the Company finds or reasonably believes that the account is not being used by you personally, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to the registered account without notifying you and may cancel the account without legal liability to you.
5. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account, password, and verification code. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account, including but not limited to data modifications, comments, or payment actions that may result in legal liability. You should take great care in keeping your account, password, and verification code confidential and should not disclose them to others under any circumstances. If you discover any unauthorized use of your account or other security vulnerabilities, you must immediately notify the Company.
6. If you lose or forget your password, you can follow the Company's recovery procedures to request account or password retrieval. You understand and agree that the Company’s password recovery mechanism only requires that the information provided on the recovery form matches the information on record. If the information you provide is false or incomplete, causing the Company to be unable to verify your identity or process your request in a timely manner, you are responsible for any resulting losses. Additionally, you understand that our responses and actions will require a reasonable time frame. The Company assumes no responsibility for any loss not caused by the Company.
7. You can cancel your registered account at any time. Once the account is canceled, the Products will no longer provide services that require account login, and unless otherwise stipulated by law, the Company will delete or anonymize your personal information. The content generated by the generative AI models through the Products prior to account cancellation may be processed according to the Company’s data retention policy. If such generated content contains identifiable personal information, the Company will delete or anonymize it in accordance with personal information processing regulations. If the generated content does not involve personal information and is deemed to have commercial or research value, the Company may choose to retain the data, ensuring that it does not infringe on your other rights.
Once you cancel your account, if there is an unused balance in the account at the time of cancellation, the Company reserves the right to clear the entire balance, and you will bear any consequences arising from this.
In particular, before canceling your account, you should ensure that there are no ongoing transactions or unresolved rights and obligations associated with the account. Additionally, no unresolved disputes should exist that may be complicated by account cancellation, such as account freezing or restrictions. You should not cancel the account to evade investigation or evidence collection. If the Company discovers any illegal activity during your use of the services, the Company will retain the relevant records in accordance with the law. Please understand that you are still responsible for your actions taken during the use of the Products and related services before the cancellation of your account.

三、用户个人信息保护

本公司与你一同致力于你个人信息（即能够独立或与其他信息结合后识别你身份的信息）的保护，保护用户个人信息是本公司的基本原则之一。在使用本产品及相关服务的过程中，你可能需要提供你的个人信息，以便本公司向你提供更好的服务和相应的技术支持。本公司将依法保护你浏览、查阅、复制、更正、修改、补充、删除相关个人信息以及撤回授权的权利，并将运用加密技术、匿名化处理等其他与本产品及相关服务相匹配的技术措施及其他安全措施保护你的个人信息，更多关于用户个人信息保护的内容，请参见《隐私政策》。

3. Protection of User Personal Information

The Company is committed to protecting your personal information (i.e., information that can identify you on its own or when combined with other information), and protecting user personal information is one of the Company's fundamental principles. During your use of the Products and related services, you may be required to provide personal information so that the Company can offer better services and technical support. The Company will protect your rights to browse, review, copy, correct, modify, supplement, delete relevant personal information, and withdraw authorization, in accordance with the law. Encryption technology, anonymization, and other technical measures, as well as other security measures matching the Products and related services, will be used to protect your personal information. For more details on the protection of user personal information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

四、用户行为规范

你应当对你使用本产品及相关服务的行为负责，除非法律允许或者经公司事先书面许可，你使用本产品及相关服务不得具有下列行为：

1. 使用未经本公司授权或许可的任何插件、外挂、系统或第三方工具对本产品及相关服务的正常运行进行干扰、破坏、修改或施加其他影响。
2. 利用或针对本产品及相关服务进行任何危害计算机网络安全的行为，包括但不限于：

（1）非法侵入网络、干扰网络正常功能、窃取网络数据等危害网络安全的活动；
（2）提供专门用于从事侵入网络、干扰网络正常功能及防护措施、窃取网络数据等危害网络安全活动的程序、工具；
（3）明知他人从事危害网络安全的活动的，为其提供技术支持、广告推广、支付结算等帮助；
（4）使用未经许可的数据或进入未经许可的服务器/账号；
（5）未经允许进入公众计算机网络或者他人计算机系统并删除、修改、增加存储信息；
（6）未经许可，企图探查、扫描、测试本产品系统或网络的弱点或其它实施破坏网络安全的行为；
（7）企图干涉、破坏本产品系统或网站的正常运行，故意传播恶意程序或病毒以及其他破坏干扰正常网络信息服务的行为；
（8）伪造TCP/IP数据包名称或部分名称；
（9）对本产品及相关服务进行反向工程、反向汇编、反向编译、翻译或者以其他方式尝试发现本产品的源代码、模型、算法和系统的源代码或底层组件；
（10）恶意注册本产品及相关服务的账号，包括但不限于频繁、批量注册账号；
（11）开发、服务与本公司和、或关联公司有竞争可能性的应用程序、产品、服务或模型；
（12）违反法律法规、本协议、本公司的相关规则及侵犯他人合法权益的其他行为。

3. 未经授权冒充他人或获取对本产品及相关服务的访问权。

4. 利用或针对本产品及相关服务从事诈骗、欺诈、误导或欺骗性活动，包括但不限于假冒或将本产品提供的生成式人工智能服务生成的答案表示为人工生成、剽窃或学术不诚实、或网络钓鱼，和或从事其他任何违法违规活动。

5. 以可能侵犯任何第三方隐私的任何方式使用本产品及相关服务，例如非法收集或披露个人身份信息或教育、财务或其他受保护的记录，例如地址、电话号码、电子邮件地址、个人身份证件中的号码和特征（例如身份证号、社保账号、护照号码）或信用卡号码。

6. 如果本公司有理由认为你利用生成式人工智能服务从事违法活动或可能违反上述约定的，本公司可独立进行判断并有权在不事先通知你，公司自行采取处置措施，处置措施包括但不限于警示、限制功能、暂停或者终止向你提供服务，并追究相关法律责任。

7. 你输入、输出/生成、制作、评论、上传、发布、传播的信息应自觉遵守法律、行政法规，遵守公共秩序，尊重社会公德和伦理道德、社会主义核心价值观、国家利益、尊重他人合法权益、道德风尚和信息真实性等“七条底线”要求，否则本公司有权立即采取相应处理措施。你不得自行或允许、协助任何人利用本产品及相关服务从事下述行为：

（1）反对宪法确定的基本原则的；
（2）危害国家安全和利益，泄露国家秘密的；
（3）颠覆国家政权，推翻社会主义制度、损害国家形象、煽动分裂国家、破坏国家统一和社会稳定的；
（4）损害国家荣誉和利益的；
（5）宣扬恐怖主义、极端主义的；
（6）宣扬民族仇恨、破坏民族团结的；
（7）宣扬歧视、仇恨，利用特定群体基于其年龄、社会、身体或精神特征的任何脆弱性，以实质性扭曲属于该群体的人的行为，造成或可能造成该人或另一人的身体或心理伤害，包括但不限于民事歧视、宗教歧视、国籍歧视、性别歧视、性取向歧视、年龄歧视、职业歧视、健康歧视、地域歧视；
（8）从事或协助非法或高风险活动，例如：军事和战争、发展武器、爆炸物或危险材料、关键基础设施（如运输、能源）的管理或运营、创建或分销管控物质或服务、生成或传播与自残有关的信息、具有高经济损害风险的活动，含赌博、自动确定信贷资格、就业和教育决策；
（9）破坏国家宗教政策，宣扬邪教和封建迷信的；
（10）编造、散布谣言、虚假信息，扰乱经济秩序和社会秩序、破坏社会稳定的；
（11）散布、传播、宣扬暴力、淫秽、色情、露骨、赌博、凶杀、恐怖或者教唆犯罪的；
（12）利用、伤害或企图利用或伤害未成人、损害未成年人身心健康、侵害未成年人合法权益的；
（13）侮辱、诽谤、冒犯、辱骂、激怒他人、欺凌或控制他人，侵害他人合法权益的；
（14）对他人进行暴力恐吓、威胁，实施人肉搜索的；
（15）涉及他人隐私、个人信息或资料的；
（16）散布污言秽语，损害社会公序良俗的；
（17）违反商业道德，侵害商业秘密、侵犯他人隐私权、名誉权、荣誉权、肖像权、知识产权、贸易管制等合法权益内容的；
（18）散布商业广告，或类似的商业招揽信息、过度营销信息及垃圾信息；
（19）使用本网站常用语言文字以外的其他语言文字评论的；
（20）与所评论的信息毫无关系的；
（21）所发表的信息毫无意义的，或刻意使用字符组合以逃避技术审核的；
（22）未获他人允许，偷拍、偷录他人，侵害他人合法权利的；
（23）包含恐怖、暴力血腥、高危险性、危害表演者自身或他人身心健康内容的，包括但不限于以下情形：

i. 任何暴力和/或自残行为内容；
ii. 任何威胁生命健康、利用刀具等危险器械表演的危及自身或他人人身及/或财产权利的内容；
iii. 怂恿、诱导他人参与可能会造成人身伤害或导致死亡的危险或违法活动的内容；

（24）其他违反法律法规、政策及公序良俗、干扰本产品及相关服务正常运营或侵犯其他用户或第三方合法权益内容的其他信息。

8. 若你违反本用户协议或相关法律法规，本公司有权视情节轻重采取警告与通知、临时封禁、内容删除或屏蔽、永久封号、向相关监管部门报告等一种或多种处罚措施；对于因涉及商业违规或造成本公司经济损失的行为，本公司有权要求你承担相应的经济赔偿责任；对于构成犯罪的行为，公司将积极协助司法机关进行侦查和起诉，追究犯罪嫌疑人的刑事责任。

9. 你可向本公司投诉、举报各类违法违规行为、违法传播活动、违法有害信息等内容，本公司将及时受理和处理你的投诉举报，以共同营造风清气正的网络空间。

4. User Code of Conduct

You are responsible for your actions while using the Products and related services. Unless permitted by law or with prior written consent from the Company, you may not engage in the following behaviors while using the Products and related services:

1. Interfering with, damaging, modifying, or otherwise affecting the normal operation of the Products and related services by using any unauthorized plugins, extensions, systems, or third-party tools without the Company’s authorization or permission.
2. Engaging in any behavior that endangers network security in relation to or through the Products and related services, including but not limited to:

(1) Illegally intruding into networks, interfering with normal network functions, or stealing network data, which endangers network security;
(2) Providing programs or tools specifically designed to intrude into networks, interfere with normal network functions and protective measures, or steal network data, which endangers network security;
(3) Knowingly providing technical support, promotional services, payment services, or other assistance to those engaging in activities that endanger network security;
(4) Using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts;
(5) Accessing public computer networks or others' computer systems without permission to delete, modify, or add stored information;
(6) Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerabilities of the Products' systems or networks without permission or otherwise undermining network security;
(7) Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Products' systems or websites, deliberately spreading malicious programs or viruses, or engaging in other behaviors that disrupt normal network information services;
(8) Forging TCP/IP packet headers or part of the headers;
(9) Conducting reverse engineering, decompiling, reverse assembly, translating, or attempting to discover the source code, model, algorithm, and system components of the Products in any way;
(10) Maliciously registering accounts for the Products and related services, including but not limited to frequent or bulk account registrations;
(11) Developing applications, products, services, or models that could potentially compete with the Company or its affiliated companies;
(12) Engaging in any other behaviors that violate laws and regulations, this Agreement, the Company’s relevant rules, or infringe upon others' legitimate rights.

3. Impersonating others or gaining unauthorized access to the Products and related services.

4. Using or engaging in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive activities in relation to or through the Products and related services, including but not limited to impersonating or presenting answers generated by the generative AI services as human-created, plagiarism, academic dishonesty, phishing, or engaging in any other illegal or prohibited activities.

5. Using the Products and related services in any way that may infringe upon the privacy of any third party, such as illegally collecting or disclosing personally identifiable information, educational, financial, or other protected records, such as addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, personal identification numbers (e.g., ID numbers, Social Security numbers, passport numbers), or credit card numbers.

6. If the Company has reason to believe that you are engaging in illegal activities or are likely to violate the above provisions using the generative AI services, the Company reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to warnings, functional restrictions, suspending or terminating services to you, without prior notice, and pursuing legal responsibility.

7. The information you input, output/generate, create, comment on, upload, post, or distribute should comply with laws and administrative regulations, uphold public order, respect social ethics and values, safeguard national interests, respect others' legitimate rights, and ensure the truthfulness of the information, according to the "Seven Baseline Requirements." Otherwise, the Company reserves the right to take immediate action. You may not engage in or allow, assist others to engage in the following behaviors using the Products and related services:

(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security and interests, leaking state secrets;
(3) Subverting state power, overthrowing the socialist system, damaging the national image, inciting division of the country, undermining national unity and social stability;
(4) Damaging national honor and interests;
(5) Promoting terrorism or extremism;
(6) Promoting ethnic hatred, damaging ethnic unity;
(7) Promoting discrimination or hatred, exploiting vulnerabilities of specific groups based on their age, social status, physical or mental characteristics, distorting their behavior to cause harm or potential harm, including but not limited to discrimination based on race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, occupation, health, or region;
(8) Engaging in or assisting with illegal or high-risk activities such as military and warfare, weapons development, explosives or dangerous materials, management or operation of critical infrastructure (e.g., transportation, energy), creation or distribution of controlled substances or services, generating or spreading information related to self-harm, or activities with high economic risks, including gambling, automated decision-making regarding credit, employment, or education;
(9) Undermining national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(10) Fabricating and spreading rumors or false information, disrupting economic and social order, or undermining social stability;
(11) Spreading or promoting violence, obscenity, pornography, gambling, murder, terror, or encouraging criminal activities;
(12) Exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors, damaging their physical and mental health, or infringing upon their legitimate rights;
(13) Insulting, defaming, offending, abusing, provoking, bullying, or controlling others, infringing on their legitimate rights;
(14) Engaging in violent threats or intimidation, doxxing (publishing private information);
(15) Involving others' privacy, personal information, or data;
(16) Spreading vulgar language, damaging public morals;
(17) Violating business ethics, infringing on trade secrets, violating others' privacy, reputation, honor, portrait rights, intellectual property, or trade control rights;
(18) Distributing commercial advertisements or similar solicitation information, excessive marketing information, and spam;
(19) Commenting in languages other than commonly used ones;
(20) Posting irrelevant content;
(21) Posting meaningless information or deliberately using character combinations to evade technical reviews;
(22) Secretly filming or recording others without permission, infringing on their legitimate rights;
(23) Including terror, violence, high-risk, or harmful content, threatening the performer’s or others' physical or mental health, including but not limited to:

i. Any violent and/or self-harm content;
ii. Any content involving dangerous actions using knives or other dangerous objects that threaten the life, property, or safety of the performer or others;
iii. Content encouraging or inducing others to engage in dangerous or illegal activities that could result in injury or death.

(24) Other information that violates laws and regulations, policies, or public morality, disrupts the normal operation of the Products and related services, or infringes on the legitimate rights of other users or third parties.

8. If you violate this User Agreement or relevant laws and regulations, the Company reserves the right to take one or more of the following measures depending on the severity of the violation: issuing warnings and notifications, temporarily suspending or permanently banning your account, deleting or blocking content, or reporting to relevant regulatory authorities. For commercial violations or actions causing economic losses to the Company, the Company reserves the right to claim economic compensation. For actions constituting a crime, the Company will actively cooperate with judicial authorities to investigate and prosecute, holding the suspects criminally responsible.

9. You may report or file complaints to the Company regarding any illegal activities, illegal content, or harmful information. The Company will promptly address your complaints to jointly create a healthy and positive online environment.

五、信息内容使用规范

1. 未经本公司书面许可，任何用户、第三方不得自行或授权、允许、协助任何他人对本产品及相关服务中信息内容进行如下行为：

（1）复制、读取、采用本产品及相关服务的信息内容，用于包括但不限于宣传、增加阅读量、浏览量等商业用途；
（2）擅自编辑、整理、编排本产品及相关服务的信息内容后在本产品及相关服务的源页面以外的渠道进行展示；
（3）采用包括但不限于特殊标识、特殊代码等任何形式的识别方法，自行或协助第三人对本产品及相关服务的信息内容产生流量、阅读量引导、转移、劫持等不利影响；
（4）其他非法获取或使用本产品及相关服务的信息内容的行为。

2. 未经本公司书面许可，任何用户、第三方不得以任何方式（包括但不限于盗链、冗余盗取、非法抓取、模拟下载、深度链接、假冒注册等）直接或间接盗取本产品及相关服务的文字、图片、视频等信息内容，或以任何方式（包括但不限于隐藏或者修改域名、平台特有标识、用户名、以及专利、版权、商标或其他所有权声明等）删除、隐匿或改变相关信息内容的权利管理电子信息、或以任何方式删除、隐匿、改变本产品及相关服务上显示或其中包含的任何专利、版权、商标或其他所有权声明。
3. 经本公司书面许可后，任何用户、第三方对本产品及相关服务的信息内容的分享、转发等行为，还应符合以下规范：

（1）对抓取、统计、获得的相关数据，未经公司事先书面同意，不得将上述数据以任何方式公示、提供、泄露给任何第三人；
（2）不得对本产品及相关服务的源网页进行任何形式的任何改动，包括但不限于本产品及相关服务的首页（profile页面）链接等入口，也不得对本产品及相关服务的源页面的展示进行任何形式的遮挡、插入、弹窗等妨碍；
（3）应当采取安全、有效、严密的措施，防止本产品及相关服务的信息内容被第三方通过包括但不限于“蜘蛛（spider）”程序等任何形式进行非法获取；
（4）不得把相关数据内容用于本公司书面许可范围之外的目的，进行任何形式的销售和商业使用，或向第三方泄露、提供或允许第三方为任何方式的使用；
（5）向任何第三人分享、转发、复制本产品及相关服务信息内容的行为，应当遵守本公司为此制定的其他规范和标准。

4. 你不得利用基于深度学习等新技术新应用制作、发布、传播虚假信息。你在发布或传播利用基于深度学习、虚拟现实等新技术新应用生成的信息时，应当以显著方式予以标识或提示。你不应删除或者以令人误导的方式修改本产品基于深度学习、虚拟现实等新技术新应用添加的标识。

5. Information Content Usage Guidelines

1. Without the Company's written permission, no user or third party may, on their own or by authorizing, allowing, or assisting others, engage in the following actions with the information content in the Products and related services:

(1) Copy, read, or use the information content of the Products and related services for commercial purposes, including but not limited to promotion, increasing readership, or viewership;
(2) Unauthorized editing, organizing, or rearranging the information content of the Products and related services and displaying it through channels other than the original pages of the Products and related services;
(3) Using any form of identification methods, including but not limited to special tags or codes, to guide, redirect, or hijack traffic, viewership, or influence the information content of the Products and related services, either by oneself or in collaboration with third parties;
(4) Engaging in other illegal actions to obtain or use the information content of the Products and related services.

2. Without the Company's written permission, no user or third party may directly or indirectly steal the text, images, videos, or other information content of the Products and related services through any means (including but not limited to hotlinking, redundant scraping, illegal crawling, simulated downloading, deep linking, or false registration), or in any way (including but not limited to hiding or modifying domain names, platform-specific identifiers, usernames, or any patent, copyright, trademark, or other ownership statements) delete, conceal, or alter the rights management information associated with the content, or remove, conceal, or alter any patent, copyright, trademark, or other ownership statements displayed or contained within the Products and related services.
3. After obtaining written permission from the Company, any user or third party sharing or forwarding the information content of the Products and related services must also comply with the following guidelines:

(1) Data collected, obtained, or compiled must not be publicly disclosed, provided, or leaked to any third party without prior written consent from the Company;
(2) No modifications of any kind are permitted to the original web pages of the Products and related services, including but not limited to homepage (profile page) links or other entry points, nor are you allowed to obstruct the display of the original pages by using any form of overlays, inserts, or pop-ups;
(3) You must implement secure, effective, and stringent measures to prevent the information content of the Products and related services from being illegally obtained by third parties through any means, including but not limited to "spider" programs;
(4) You must not use the relevant data for purposes outside the scope of the Company’s written permission, engage in any form of sales or commercial use, or disclose, provide, or allow third parties to use the data in any manner;
(5) Any action to share, forward, or copy the information content of the Products and related services with any third party must comply with additional guidelines and standards established by the Company for this purpose.

4. You must not use new technologies or applications such as deep learning to create, publish, or spread false information. When publishing or distributing information generated using new technologies or applications like deep learning or virtual reality, you must clearly label or provide a prominent indication. You must not delete or misleadingly modify any labels added by the Products based on deep learning, virtual reality, or other new technologies and applications.

六、服务的变更、中断和终止

1. 本公司提供的本产品及相关服务是按照现有技术和条件所能达到的现状提供的，本公司会尽最大努力向你提供服务，确保服务的连贯性和安全性，但本公司不能随时预见和防范技术以及其他风险。
你理解并同意，本公司为了整体服务运营、平台运营安全的需要，有权视具体情况决定服务/功能设置、范围，修改、中断、中止或终止本产品及相关服务。
本公司有权在以下情形下中断对用户的服务，包括但不限于：

（1）技术故障：因系统故障、维护升级、网络攻击、第三方服务瑕疵等不可抗力或意外事件导致服务无法正常提供时，公司有权暂时中断服务以进行紧急修复。
（2）用户违规使用：用户违反本用户协议或相关法律法规，包括但不限于发布违法信息、侵犯他人权益、进行恶意攻击等行为，本公司有权根据情节严重程度中断或终止服务。
（3）政策调整：因国家法律法规、政策要求或行业规范发生变化，需要调整或停止部分服务时，公司有权提前通知用户并中断相关服务。
（4）其他合理原因：公司认为有必要中断服务以保护用户权益、维护系统安全稳定或符合公共利益的其他合理原因。

2. 若发生服务中断的情况，本公司将全力以赴进行故障排查和修复工作，以尽快恢复服务，同时将采取以下补救措施，以减轻对用户的影响：

（1）提前通知：在可预见的情况下，公司将尽可能提前通过网站公告、在线客服等方式通知用户服务中断的原因、预计恢复时间等信息，以便用户做好相应准备。
（2）提供备用方案：对于部分关键服务，公司将努力提供备用方案或替代服务，以缓解服务中断对用户的影响。
（3）退款条款：若服务中断导致用户永久无法正常使用已付费服务，本公司将根据具体情况，按照公平合理的原则，为用户提供相应的退款或其他补偿措施。具体退款政策及流程将依据本公司相关规定执行。

6. Service Changes, Interruptions, and Termination

1. The Products and related services provided by the Company are offered based on the current state of technology and conditions. The Company will make every effort to provide services, ensuring continuity and security, but it cannot always foresee and prevent technological and other risks.
You understand and agree that the Company, for the sake of overall service operation and platform security, has the right to adjust the settings and scope of services/functions, and to modify, interrupt, suspend, or terminate the Products and related services as deemed necessary.
The Company has the right to interrupt services to users under the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

(1) Technical failures: In cases of system failures, maintenance upgrades, network attacks, third-party service defects, or other force majeure or unexpected events that prevent normal service provision, the Company has the right to temporarily suspend services for emergency repairs.
(2) User misconduct: If the user violates this User Agreement or relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to posting illegal information, infringing on the rights of others, or engaging in malicious attacks, the Company has the right to suspend or terminate services based on the severity of the violation.
(3) Policy changes: In the event of changes in national laws, regulations, policy requirements, or industry standards that necessitate adjusting or discontinuing certain services, the Company reserves the right to notify users in advance and suspend the relevant services.
(4) Other reasonable causes: The Company may interrupt services for other reasonable causes it deems necessary to protect user rights, maintain system security and stability, or for reasons of public interest.

2. In the event of a service interruption, the Company will make every effort to troubleshoot and repair the issue to restore services as quickly as possible. The following remedial measures will be taken to mitigate the impact on users:

(1) Advance notice: When service interruptions are foreseeable, the Company will notify users in advance through website announcements, online customer service, or other channels, explaining the reason for the interruption, the expected restoration time, and any other relevant information, allowing users to make appropriate preparations.
(2) Provision of backup plans: For certain critical services, the Company will make an effort to provide backup plans or alternative services to alleviate the impact of the service interruption on users.
(3) Refund policy: If a service interruption results in the permanent inability of a user to access paid services, the Company will provide appropriate refunds or compensation based on the specific circumstances and in accordance with the principles of fairness and reasonableness. The specific refund policy and procedures will be carried out according to the Company's relevant regulations.

七、知识产权

1. 在你使用本产品及相关服务期间，你可以向本产品及相关服务提交文本、图片、音频或其他内容或信息（合称“输入”），并接收响应你的输入而生成的内容（称“输出”、“生成”）。在你和公司之间，在适用法律允许的范围内，你提供的输入的知识产权归属于你或者依法享有这些知识产权的权利人。本公司不主张输出内容的所有权。但是，为避免疑问，如输入和/或输出本身包含了本公司享有知识产权或其他合法权益的内容，则前述输入和/或输出的相应权利仍由本公司享有，不因包含在输出当中而改变其权属。
你理解并同意，对于你通过本产品及相关服务输入、生成、发布、传播的信息内容之全部或部分（合称信息内容），你授予本公司和/或关联方一项免费的、全球范围内的、永久的许可，允许公司和/或关联方可以使用你提供的信息内容来优化模型和服务。上述许可是可以转让的，也是可以进行分许可或再许可的。
你理解并承诺，输入均应为你享有知识产权或已获取权利人合法授权的内容，不存在任何违反适用的法律法规、侵犯他人合法权益（包括但不限于著作权、专利权、商标权等知识产权及人格权、个人信息权益等其他权益）、违反公序良俗的内容。
2. 你理解并同意，你通过本产品提供的生成式人工智能服务所生成的内容（包括但不限于文本、图像等）及其技术本身，属于本公司或相关权利人的知识产权范畴，原则上，你对本产品的生成内容享有基础的使用权，包括但不限于在个人学习、研究、非商业性创作等合法范围内进行使用。在非商业性使用场景下，你无需特别为AI模型或平台署名，但本公司鼓励你在适当位置注明“本内容由Infinity AI模型辅助生成”。未经明确书面许可，你不得将生成内容直接用于任何商业目的，包括但不限于销售、广告、宣传、产品包装等。
你理解并同意，生成式人工智能服务及其生成的内容可能涉及第三方知识产权，因此你在使用生成内容时，应确保不侵犯任何第三方的合法权益。若因你不当使用生成内容导致任何争议、投诉或法律责任或纠纷，由你自行承担。
3. 除上两条规定外，本公司在本产品及相关服务中提供的内容（包括但不限于产品、技术、程序、网页、文字、图片、图像、音频、视频、图表、版面设计、电子文档等）的知识产权与相关权益属于公司所有。
公司提供本产品服务时所依托的产品的著作权、专利权及其他知识产权均归公司、公司的关联方或相应的其他权利人所有。未经公司许可，任何人不得擅自使用（包括但不限于通过任何机器人、“蜘蛛”等程序或设备监视、复制、传播、展示、镜像、上载、下载）本产品及相关服务中的内容。
4. 你理解并同意，对于你通过本产品及相关服务输入、上传、发布、传播的内容之全部或部分（合称信息内容），你授予本公司和/或关联方使用此等信息内容，用于本公司和/或本公司品牌有关的宣传、推广、相关研究。
5. 本公司为本产品开发、运营提供技术支持，并对本产品及相关服务的开发和运营等过程中产生的所有数据和信息等享有法律法规允许范围内的全部权利。
6. 请你在任何情况下都不要私自使用本公司的包括但不限于Infinity新标签页等在内的任何商标、服务标记、商号、域名、网站名称、公司徽标 (LOGO) 、 URL或其他显著品牌特征等（以下统称为“标识”）。未经本公司事先书面同意，你不得将本条款前述标识以单独或结合任何方式展示、使用或申请注册商标、进行域名注册等，也不得实施向他人明示或暗示有权展示、使用、或其他有权处理该些标识的行为。由于你违反本协议使用本公司上述商标、标识等给本公司或他人造成损失的，由你承担全部法律责任。

7. Intellectual Property

1. While using the Products and related services, you may submit text, images, audio, or other content or information to the Products and related services (collectively referred to as "Input") and receive content generated in response to your Input (referred to as "Output" or "Generated"). Between you and the Company, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you or the rightful owners retain the intellectual property rights to the Input you provide. The Company does not claim ownership of the Output. However, to avoid doubt, if the Input and/or Output contains content to which the Company holds intellectual property or other legitimate rights, the Company retains those corresponding rights, and such ownership is not altered by the inclusion of the content in the Output.
You understand and agree that for all or part of the information content (collectively referred to as "Information Content") you input, generate, publish, or distribute through the Products and related services, you grant the Company and/or its affiliates a free, global, perpetual license to use such Information Content to optimize models and services. This license is transferable and may be sub-licensed or further licensed.
You understand and agree that the Input you provide must be content for which you hold intellectual property rights or have obtained legal authorization from the rights holder, and it must not violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe upon the legitimate rights of others (including but not limited to copyright, patent, trademark rights, or personality rights, personal information rights, etc.), or violate public order and morality.
2. You understand and agree that the content generated by the generative AI services provided by the Products (including but not limited to text, images, etc.) and the underlying technology itself are within the intellectual property scope of the Company or relevant rights holders. In principle, you have basic usage rights for the generated content from the Products, including but not limited to personal learning, research, and non-commercial creative uses. For non-commercial use cases, you are not required to specifically credit the AI model or platform, but the Company encourages you to acknowledge that "This content was assisted by the Infinity AI model" in appropriate places. Without explicit written permission, you may not directly use the generated content for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to sales, advertising, promotion, product packaging, etc.
You understand and agree that the generative AI services and the content generated by them may involve third-party intellectual property rights. When using the generated content, you must ensure that no third-party rights are infringed. If any disputes, complaints, legal liabilities, or conflicts arise due to your improper use of the generated content, you are solely responsible for such matters.
3. Except as provided above, the intellectual property rights and related interests of the content provided by the Company in the Products and related services (including but not limited to products, technology, programs, web pages, text, images, audio, video, graphics, layout design, electronic documents, etc.) are owned by the Company.
The copyrights, patents, and other intellectual property rights of the products on which the Company provides the services are owned by the Company, its affiliates, or other relevant rights holders. No one may use (including but not limited to monitoring, copying, distributing, displaying, mirroring, uploading, or downloading) the content of the Products and related services through any robots, spiders, or other programs or devices without the Company's permission.
4. You understand and agree that you grant the Company and/or its affiliates the right to use all or part of the Information Content you input, upload, publish, or distribute through the Products and related services for promotional, marketing, or research purposes related to the Company and/or its brands.
5. The Company provides technical support for the development and operation of the Products and enjoys all rights, including data and information generated during the development and operation of the Products and related services, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Under no circumstances should you independently use any trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, website names, company logos (LOGOs), URLs, or other distinctive brand features of the Company, including but not limited to Infinity New Tab (collectively referred to as "Marks"). Without prior written consent from the Company, you may not display, use, or apply to register any of the aforementioned Marks, either individually or in combination, or imply to others, explicitly or implicitly, the right to display, use, or otherwise handle such Marks. If you violate this Agreement by using the Company's trademarks or Marks, causing losses to the Company or others, you will bear full legal responsibility.

八、违约处理

1. 针对你违反本协议或其他服务条款的行为，本公司有权独立判断并视情况采取预先警示、拒绝发布、立即停止传输信息、删除信息内容或评论、短期禁止发布内容或评论、限制账号部分或者全部功能直至终止提供服务、永久关闭账号等措施，对于因此而造成你无法正常使用账号及相关服务、无法正常获取你账号内资产或其他权益等后果，本公司不承担任何责任。本公司有权公告处理结果，且有权根据实际情况决定是否恢复相关账号的使用。对涉嫌违反法律法规、涉嫌违法犯罪的行为，本公司将保存有关记录，并有权依法向有关主管部门报告、配合有关主管部门调查、向公安机关报案等。对已删除内容本公司有权不予恢复。
2. 因你违反本协议或其他服务条款规定，引起第三方投诉或诉讼索赔的，你应当自行处理并承担全部可能由此引起的法律责任。因你的违法、侵权或违约等行为导致公司及其关联方、控制公司、继承公司向任何第三方赔偿或遭受国家机关处罚的，你还应足额赔偿公司及其关联方、控制公司、继承公司因此遭受的全部损失。
3. 本公司尊重并保护用户及他人的知识产权、名誉权、姓名权、隐私权、肖像权等合法权益。你保证，在使用本产品及相关服务时输入、生成、上传、制作、评论、发布或通过其他方式传播的文字、图片、视频、音频、链接等不侵犯任何第三方的知识产权、名誉权、姓名权、隐私权等权利和/或合法权益。否则，本公司有权在收到权利方或者相关方通知的情况下移除该涉嫌侵权内容。针对第三方提出的全部权利主张，你应自行处理并承担全部可能由此引起的法律责任；如因你的侵权行为导致本公司及其关联方、控制公司、继承公司遭受损失的（包括经济、商誉等损失），你还应足额赔偿本公司及其关联方、控制公司、继承公司遭受的全部损失。

8. Breach of Agreement

1. If you violate this Agreement or other service terms, the Company reserves the right to independently assess the situation and take appropriate actions, including but not limited to issuing warnings, refusing to publish content, immediately stopping the transmission of information, deleting content or comments, temporarily prohibiting the publication of content or comments, restricting some or all functions of your account, terminating services, or permanently closing your account. The Company is not liable for any consequences arising from your inability to use your account and related services, access assets in your account, or exercise other rights due to these actions. The Company also reserves the right to publish the results of such actions and decide whether to restore the account based on the situation. In cases of suspected violations of laws, regulations, or criminal behavior, the Company will retain relevant records and has the right to report to the appropriate authorities, cooperate with investigations, or file a complaint with law enforcement. Deleted content will not be restored.
2. If your violation of this Agreement or other service terms results in third-party complaints or legal claims, you are responsible for handling and assuming all legal liabilities arising from such situations. If your illegal actions, infringements, or breaches cause the Company, its affiliates, parent companies, or successors to compensate any third party or face penalties from government authorities, you must fully compensate the Company, its affiliates, parent companies, or successors for all resulting losses.
3. The Company respects and protects the intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights, portrait rights, and other legitimate rights of users and third parties. You guarantee that, when using the Products and related services, the text, images, videos, audio, links, and other content you input, generate, upload, create, comment on, publish, or distribute do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights, or any other legal rights of any third party. If the Company receives a notification from a rights holder or related party regarding alleged infringement, the Company reserves the right to remove the infringing content. You are responsible for handling all claims from third parties and for assuming all potential legal liabilities arising from them. 6. 你理解并同意，本协议旨在保障遵守国家法律法规、维护公序良俗，保护用户和他人合法权益，公司在能力范围内尽最大的努力按照相关法律法规进行判断，但并不保证本公司判断完全与司法机关、行政机关的判断一致，如因此产生的后果你已经理解并同意自行承担。

9. Disclaimer

1. You understand and agree that the Products and related services may be affected or interfered with by various factors. The Company does not guarantee (including but not limited to):

(1) That the Products and related services will fully meet your requirements;
(2) That the Products and related services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, reliable, or free from errors, or that any products, services, or other materials obtained by you from the Company will meet your expectations;
(3) That any errors in the Products and related services will be corrected.

2. The services provided by the Products may include advertisements. You agree to the display of advertisements provided by the Products and third-party suppliers or partners during your use. If there are advertisements or promotional information related to loans, investments, financial management, or other financial transactions, as well as account passwords, you should treat them with caution and make your own judgment. You are responsible for any transactions you engage in based on such advertisements, and the Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to losses of profits, business reputation, data, or other tangible or intangible losses that you may suffer.
3. You understand and agree that during your use of the Products and related services, you may encounter force majeure factors (force majeure refers to objective events that are unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable), including but not limited to natural disasters (such as floods, earthquakes, typhoons, etc.), government actions, wars, strikes, and riots. In the event of force majeure, the Company will make efforts to repair the situation as quickly as possible. You understand and agree that the Company provides no express or implied warranties or conditions regarding the Products and related services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, etc. You assume any and all risks related to your use of the Products and related services.
6. You understand and agree that this Agreement is intended to ensure compliance with national laws and regulations, uphold public order and morals, and protect the legitimate rights of users and others. The Company will make its best efforts within its capacity to make judgments in accordance with relevant laws and regulations but does not guarantee that its judgments will always be consistent with those of judicial or administrative authorities. You understand and agree to bear any resulting consequences on your own.
7. Under no circumstances, even if the Company or its affiliates or licensors have been advised of the possibility of such damages, shall the Company, its affiliates, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to losses of profits, goodwill, data, or other damages resulting from your use of the Products and related services. 3. 未成年用户及其监护人理解并确认，如因你违反法律法规、本协议内容，则你及你的监护人应依照法律规定承担因此而可能导致的全部法律责任。
4. 未成年人用户特别提示：

（1）未成年人使用本产品及相关服务应该在其监护人的监督指导下，在合理范围内正确学习使用网络，避免沉迷虚拟的网络空间，养成良好上网习惯。
（2）未成年人用户必须遵守《全国青少年网络文明公约》。

5. 本公司充分理解保护未成年人的重要性，并会根据法律法规的要求及行业主流实践采取相应的保护措施。与此同时，请监护人合理引导和约束未成年用户对本产品的使用，比如，监护人应妥善保管未成年用户的账号信息，定期查看账号使用情况，确保未成年用户遵守平台规定及法律法规；监护人应对未成年用户使用本产品提供的人工智能模型生成的内容进行监督和审核，确保内容健康、积极、合法，避免涉及不良信息或侵犯他人权益；监护人如发现未成年用户账号存在异常行为或受到不良信息侵害，应及时向本公司投诉或举报。
6. 为更好地保护未成年人隐私权益，本公司提醒你，严格遵守相关法律法规，慎重发布包含未成年人素材的内容，一经发布，即视为你已获得权利人同意在本产品及相关服务中展示未成年人的肖像、声音等信息，且允许本公司依据本协议使用、处理该等与未成年人相关的内容。

10. Terms of Use for Minors

1. The Company places great importance on the protection of minors' (i.e., individuals under 18 years old) personal information. If you are a minor, you must read and agree to this Agreement under the supervision, guidance, and consent of your guardian before using the Products and related services.
2. Minors should enhance their awareness of personal protection and be cautious when providing personal information. They should only use the Products and related services correctly with their guardian’s consent and under their guidance.
3. Minor users and their guardians understand and acknowledge that if you violate laws, regulations, or the terms of this Agreement, you and your guardian will bear all legal liabilities resulting from such violations as required by law.
4. Special reminders for minor users:

(1) Minors using the Products and related services should do so under the supervision and guidance of their guardians, using the internet responsibly, avoiding addiction to virtual online spaces, and developing good online habits.
(2) Minor users must adhere to the "National Youth Cyber Ethics Convention."

5. The Company fully understands the importance of protecting minors and will take appropriate protective measures according to legal requirements and industry practices. At the same time, guardians are encouraged to guide and regulate the use of the Products by minor users. For instance, guardians should properly manage the account information of minors, regularly review account usage, and ensure that minors comply with platform regulations and laws. Guardians should supervise and review the content generated by the AI models provided by the Products to ensure that it is healthy, positive, and legal, avoiding inappropriate content or content that infringes on others' rights. If a guardian discovers unusual activity or harmful content in the minor’s account, they should promptly file a complaint or report it to the Company.
6. To better protect minors' privacy, the Company reminds you to strictly follow relevant laws and regulations and be cautious when publishing content that involves minors. Once published, it is considered that you have obtained the necessary consent from the rights holder to display the minor's portrait, voice, or other information within the Products and related services, and you allow the Company to use and process such content involving minors according to this Agreement.

十一、其他

本协议的成立、生效、履行、解释及争议的解决均应适用中华人民共和国法律。本协议的签订、履行或解释发生争议，双方应努力友好协商解决。如协商不成，任何一方均有权向重庆哨兵电子商务有限公司住所地有管辖权的法院起诉。
若本协议之任何规定因与中华人民共和国的法律抵触而无效或不可执行，则这些条款应在不违反法律的前提下尽可能按照接近本协议原条文目的之原则进行解释和使用，且本协议其它规定仍应具有完整的效力及效果。
为给你提供更好的服务或国家法律法规、政策调整、技术条件、产品功能等变化需要，本公司会适时对本协议进行修订，修订内容构成本协议的组成部分。为方便你及时了解本协议的最新版本，你可以在本产品及相关服务的相关页面中查阅。如你继续使用本产品及相关服务，即表示你已同意接受修订后的本协议内容。
若你对修改后的协议条款存有异议，请立即停止登录或使用本产品及相关服务。若你继续登录或使用本产品及相关服务，即视为你认可并接受修改后的协议条款。

11. Miscellaneous

The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of a dispute arising from the signing, performance, or interpretation of this Agreement, both parties shall make every effort to resolve the matter through amicable negotiations. If negotiations fail, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the court having jurisdiction over the location of Chongqing Sentinel E-Commerce Co., Ltd.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable due to conflict with the laws of the People's Republic of China, such provisions shall be interpreted and applied as closely as possible to the original intent of the Agreement's provisions, provided it does not violate the law. The remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue to have full force and effect.
In order to provide you with better services or due to changes in national laws and regulations, policy adjustments, technical conditions, or product features, the Company may amend this Agreement as necessary. The revised content shall form part of this Agreement. To keep you informed of the latest version of this Agreement, you can review it on the relevant pages of the Products and related services. If you continue to use the Products and related services, it will be considered that you have agreed to the revised Agreement.
If you disagree with the modified terms of the Agreement, please immediately stop logging into or using the Products and related services. If you continue to log in or use the Products and related services, it will be deemed that you accept and agree to the modified terms of the Agreement.
